Presales Specialist - Public Sector

We’re hiring a Presales Specialist to join us in a customer-facing role focused on running and validating customer pilots for companies selling to state and local government. Our client has a rapidly growing gov tech platform - No outbound sales but you’ll own the pilot process from kickoff through closure — driving adoption, monitoring engagement, supporting customers, and partnering closely with AEs to help convert pilots into contracts. An ideal profile is an AE currently selling to state or local government who is looking to transition out of a heavily outbound sales role and into a customer-facing pre‑sales position focused on driving pilot success and customer outcomes. The role also offers a high‑upside compensation plan for the right candidate.
