Hiring: HTO Utilities Maintenance Planner

Location: Hillsboro, OR (Local Candidates Only)

Duration: 8+ Months

Pay Rate: DOE

Onsite Role | Day Shift | Monday–Friday

We are looking for an experienced HTO Utilities Maintenance Planner to support Utilities Operations with a strong focus on maintenance execution, scheduling, CMMS administration, facilities coordination, and EHS compliance in an FDA-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule routine/non-routine maintenance activities

• Maintain CMMS/SAP data integrity and perform system updates

• Translate work notifications into detailed work plans/work orders

• Coordinate maintenance with production schedules and shutdown activities

• Support preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and company quality standards

• Work closely with engineers, facilities teams, production staff, and contractors

• Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive SAP and CMMS experience

Utility Maintenance Systems expertise

Strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA-regulated environments

Maintenance planning & scheduling background

Asset management experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, or asset management

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Operations/Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $40 - $45 per hour on W2 (Depends on Experience).
