Senior Practice Informatics Specialist

Serving as the primary contact for assigned practices, the full-time Senior Practice Informatics Specialist will support the implementation and adoption of Altais' business and clinical tools, while leading internal projects and collaborating with the IT team in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as the principal contact for practices using Epic, providing system training and support Lead efforts to analyze operational needs and current workflows, driving data collection and optimization initiatives Support practice engagement and assist with the onboarding and training of internal team members Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years of experience supporting user adoption of Health Information Technology 5+ years of experience in supporting clinical or business operations related to Epic adoption Proficiency or Certification in PTK Applications
