Strategic, technically proficient personalization leadership owns web and app journey orchestration for Boost Mobile. Serving as the connective tissue between acquisition and monetization functions, this role designs, builds, and optimizes personalized customer experiences across BoostMobile.com and the Boost Mobile app using the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. Hands-on ownership of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), the Adobe Experience Platform CDP, and Adobe Target directly impacts conversion rates, customer engagement, and lifetime value by ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right moment. This position solves complex experience fragmentation by delivering cohesive, automated marketing technology solutions at scale.

 

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Design, build, and manage personalized multi-touchpoint customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) that support both new customer acquisition and existing customer monetization
• Build and activate high-value audience segments using the Adobe Experience Platform CDP, leveraging behavioral, transactional, and profile data to enable precision targeting
• Own the web and app personalization experimentation program using Adobe Target; design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments that deliver measurable lift
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on journey orchestration and personalization strategy, partnering closely with acquisition and monetization leads to translate business objectives into automated flows
• Orchestrate cohesive cross-channel personalization across web and app, ensuring customers receive consistent, contextually relevant experiences
• Leverage Adobe Sensei AI and machine learning capabilities within the Adobe stack to automate decisioning, optimize send times, predict propensity, and scale personalization performance

• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including journey canvas design, trigger configuration, action setup, and real-time orchestration
• Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) CDP, including unified profile management, segment builder, schema design (XDM), data ingestion, and audience activation
• Strong experience with Adobe Target, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, experience targeting, automated personalization, and Recommendations
• Strategic personalization acumen to translate business objectives into customer journey architectures and testing roadmaps
• Strong analytical proficiency with web and app analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics) to measure journey performance and ROI
• AI Literacy, specifically the ability to leverage Adobe Sensei and machine learning-driven features (predictive audiences, auto-allocation, send-time optimization) to scale personalization

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience in personalization, journey orchestration, or marketing technology roles with hands-on ownership of enterprise-level platforms
• Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) — journey design, real-time triggers, and cross-channel orchestration
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) CDP — unified profiles, segment builder, XDM schemas, audience activation
• Adobe Target — A/B testing, experience targeting, automated personalization, Recommendations
• Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for performance measurement
• Tag management (Adobe Launch/Tags) and data layer implementation

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change.
