Our organization has been a trusted provider in the Puyallup Valley since 1990. We operate as a small, privately-owned practice dedicated to general medical and surgical dermatology, featuring an in-house Mohs lab and surgeon. Our team comprises both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The work schedule is flexible, with a commitment of 2-4 days per week, allowing for adaptability in patient load and clinic hours. Compensation is based on a percentage of production, with an option for a base salary if preferred.

Our practice is supported by a robust team, including clinical Medical Assistants, back-office staff, and dedicated human scribes, ensuring that our providers can focus on patient care.

• Deliver medical and surgical dermatology services, including biopsies, excisions, and skin cancer treatments.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with patients through tailored care.

• Efficiently manage patient records utilizing the Modmed EMA EMR system.

• Provide compassionate and skilled care to all patients.

• Lead a team of Medical Assistants and Scribes.

• Utilize the in-house pathology lab for diagnostics, with additional dermatopathology support available.

• Cosmetic services are available if desired, but not mandatory.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Washington.

• Strong surgical skills and a solid foundation in medical dermatology.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering long-term patient relationships.

Compensation: $400,000 - $550,000 Annually (based on collections or base salary plus percentage)
