Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Moorpark, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and be passionate about helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to their daily activities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals. Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Design and progress therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and functional mobility. Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs. Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and clinic policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and patient education skills. Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting. 1+ years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience. Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment techniques and manual therapy. Strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and functional movement restoration.
