Your Role as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Franciscan Villa, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing safe, therapeutic resident care from admission to discharge
• Collaborating with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Utilizing the nursing process to restore and maintain residents’ mental and physical health
• Serving as a compassionate caregiver, clinical role model, and resource for staff

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin in good standings with no restrictions
• CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care (preferred)
