Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
• Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information.
• Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Collect co-pays and payments.
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
• Complete other clerical duties as assigned.
• Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean.
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.

Education and Experience

• Required: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of work experience
• Required: 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in a health care environment
• Required: Meet all Employee Health Requirement
