Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician (MSP) We are an established IT Managed Services Provider founded in 1999, is expanding its New York City team. Focused on supporting financial services clients, we are seeking a Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician to join their Manhattan-based office. This role involves a blend of on-site client visits and remote support, primarily working with Microsoft 365, Azure, and various server environments. Responsibilities include desktop support, networking, and hands-on management of physical servers. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $65,000 and $75,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Previous MSP experience is required for the Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician (MSP) role. Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician (MSP) Responsibilities: Configure and manage Windows servers and computer systems Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 and the full Microsoft suite Work with senior engineers to implement secure, effective network solutions Assist with configuration, maintenance, and upgrades for clients' networks and in-house servers Install and integrate new server hardware and applications as needed Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician (MSP) Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental insurance 401(k) plan with matching contributions Annual performance bonus (up to 5% of salary) Travel expense reimbursement Certification reimbursement Bowman Williams
