Registered Nurse - Catheterization Laboratory

Seeking a registered nurse to lead and coordinate unit staffing while ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical objectives. Responsibilities Include Assigning, supervising, educating, and evaluating nursing and support staff during shifts. Assessing patient care needs and developing appropriate care assignments. Collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve optimal outcomes. Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing issues impacting outcomes. Responding to patient care complaints and managing through established channels. Providing input on hiring, training, and staff development as needed. Maintaining a constant state of alertness and safety. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing. At least one year of registered nurse experience. Current RN license and BLS certification; ALS or PALS preferred. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to communicate effectively and use sensory perceptions for patient assessment. Key skills: leadership, clinical assessment, collaboration, communication, safety awareness.
