I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a team of 11. I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 18 years and eventually made the move to State Farm to continue building a career focused on helping people while developing a strong, successful team. I attended school in Arlington and was born and raised in the area. Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of four and have been married for 11 years. I love staying active, especially when it comes to sports and spending time with family. Our agency offers a 401(k), health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Imelda Mendoza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
