Seattle organization is seeking compassionate, mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join one of the Pacific Northwests largest and most respected Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). With nearly 30 clinics throughout the Seattle area, including School-Based Health Centers, this practice provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, dental services, and care coordination to nearly 60,000 patients annually. Providers practice in a collaborative, integrated care environment dedicated to advancing health equity, improving health outcomes, and strengthening the communities we serve.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation

• 0.8 FTE. (32 hours per week)
• The annual salary range: $166,682.88 to $206,169.60
• 1.0 FTE. (40 hours per week)
• The annual salary range: $208,353.60 to $257,712.00

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and schedule

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan, including:
• Preventive care and wellness visits
• Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses
• Care coordination with specialty providers
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams
• Evidence-based, culturally responsive patient care
• Documentation within the electronic health record
• Participation in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications Required

• MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS Certification

Preferred

• Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC practice
• Bilingual language skills
• Experience caring for underserved populations
• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to obtain required training
• Nexplanon certification is a plus
