• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 40 hour work week
• 20-25 patients per day with 20 minute appointments
• Clinic setting
• Float between Logan region locations
• 2 years NP experience required, 1.5 years primary care
• Complex patients with multiple co-morbidities
• Adult to geriatric patient population
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
