Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for a healthcare scheduling technology program supporting patient, associate, and administrative applications.
The role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage delivery metrics, remove blockers, and improve team predictability.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.

Track sprint velocity, burndown, capacity, RAID items, risks, and dependencies while proactively resolving delivery blockers.

Coach teams on Agile practices and communicate program status, risks, and decisions to leadership in an executive-ready format.
