What We're Looking For:

• Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist license
• SLP-CCC designation required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations across K-12
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop IEP goals and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Document progress and maintain compliant records according to school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Participate actively in school functions, professional development, and ongoing team collaboration
