Remote Telephonic Behavioral Health Manager
Humana
Humana Inc. is seeking a Care Manager, Telephonic Behavioral Health 2, to assess members' needs in a remote telephonic environment and guide them toward appropriate resources to improve wellness.
The role requires a current social service license (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMHC), a master's in behavioral health, and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and bilingual English/Spanish helpful for interactions with diverse members.
