Job Description

This Carpenter role combines hands-on general labor with a wide range of carpentry tasks on commercial jobsites across multiple industries. You will contribute to projects in agricultural, religious, educational, industrial, multi-family, municipal, office, restaurant, retail, assisted living, and specialty facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or lead day-to-day onsite construction operations for multifamily projects.

• Assist with punch lists, unit and building turnover processes, and final project delivery activities.

• Maintain clean, organized jobsites and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Hands-on experience with underground precast concrete garage systems

• Proficiency in carpentry, including framing, trim work, and installation of trusses.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Eau Claire, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
