Redefine Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team in our Union location. This role will play a key part in treating patients with depression and related mental health conditions, while also supporting individuals navigating chronic pain and spine disorders, and serving as a major contributor to our expanding Spravato program. Job Title: Psychiatric / Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Salary/Pay Rate: $130,000- $150,000/ annually, depending on specialty and experience Job Type : Full-time Benefits: Paid time off, sick time, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, accident, and critical illness), life insurance, 401(k) with Company match, yearly bonus Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Diagnose and manage behavioral health conditions related to chronic pain and spine disorders Provide medication management and therapeutic interventions Collaborate closely with pain management physicians, spine specialists, physical therapists, and care coordinators Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Evaluate patients for candidacy for Spravato treatment and ongoing psychiatric care Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care for psychiatric patients, including those receiving Spravato Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Educate patients on coping strategies, treatment options, and wellness practices Participate in case conferences and quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Current PMHNP certification Active New Jersey NP licensureOutpatient psychiatric experience strongly preferred Experience with talk therapy, psychotherapy, or counseling approaches is a plus Experience treating major depressive disorder and/or treatment-resistant depression strongly preferred Familiarity with chronic pain populations strongly preferred Prior Spravato experience highly preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Interest in helping grow a behavioral health treatment program strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
