Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures adhering to protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and optimizing radiation dose and image quality.
• Position patients, select appropriate protocol and technical factors, and operate the CT scanner to produce clinically interpretable images.
• Administer or assist with contrast procedures as required, monitor patients during scanning, and respond to adverse events per policy.
• Verify patient identities, document procedures, and ensure accurate labeling and archiving of images in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with radiologists and the radiology team to maintain high-throughput workflow and maintain strict infection control and equipment QA standards.

Requirements

• ARRT CT certification
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience in a high-volume CT setting
• Ability to work a weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) and the described shift pattern
• Comfortable working in a hospital CT environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
