Project Director

Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end program, project, and product delivery Manages large-scale FEP initiatives across business units Acts as a dual Project Manager for product strategy execution Partners with product and delivery teams to drive strategic product roadmaps Determines project and program scope Manages multiple concurrent large-scale initiatives Develops and maintains project governance artifacts Coordinates and manages vendor and partner engagements Defines quality gates for each project methodology phase Influences at all levels of the organization Coaches and mentors project team members Requirements Requires a BA/BS in a related field Minimum of 9 years professional project management experience At least 7 years leading and directing large project tasks Awareness of significant contributing factors to manage project change Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies strongly preferred Masters in Project Management preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Utilization Management Care Management Disease Management experience Hard Skills Project management Program delivery Product delivery Project governance Quality gates Change management Business process management IT dependencies Soft Skills Influencing Coaching Mentoring Collaboration Certifications & Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Masters in Project Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
