We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.Job DescriptionThe Revenue Cycle Solutions Consultant will manage client implementations of Experian Health Solutions, overseeing the process from initial kick-off through successful transition and handoff.At Experian, we believe great work happens when people come together. You will report to the Director, RCSC, and reside in or near our collaboration hub in Franklin, TN.You'll have opportunity to:Participate in end-to-end implementation activitiesDevelop an understanding of Experian Health's product suite and apply best‑practice workflows tailored to client environmentsFacilitate requirements gathering, workflow mapping, configuration reviews, and user acceptance testingProvide guidance on change management and process optimization to maximize solution adoption.Collect and analyze revenue cycle metrics to demonstrate the value and performance of deployed solutionsAnalyze client front-end revenue cycle processes (registration, scheduling, financial clearance, authorization, eligibility, and price estimation).Recommend workflow improvements that maximize the value of Experian Health solutionsMap existing processes and design optimized future-state workflowsQualifications3+ years of hands-on experience in healthcare front-end revenue cycle (registration, scheduling, eligibility, authorization, and patient access)2+ years' project management experienceKnowledge of project management processes and documentationPrior experience delivering end‑user training, client education sessions, or workflow-based training in a healthcare or technology settingKnowledge of Experian Health products and operations, and legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industryTravel 25% for client engagementsFamiliar with interface messages, HL7, X12 and API workflowsHFMA Certification (required within one year of employment)Reside in, or near the designated Collaboration Hub(s) for this role.Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
