Systems Administrator

Description What You'll Be Doing The Systems Administrator at Bank Iowa is responsible for providing support for the Bank's technology infrastructure and application systems. This person will maintain maximum efficiency and stability of the Bank's systems through accurate and time completion of process and procedures. Provide reactive operational support with an emphasis on ticket resolution, ticket escalation, troubleshooting, and resolution. Perform proactive system administration including maintenance, patching, lifecycle management, and monitoring. Participate in project work and implementations with partial ownership of assigned initiatives. Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, and Copilot Studio. Administer virtualization platforms including Hyper‑V. Provide working-level networking support for Meraki, Aruba, or Juniper switching environments. Participate in information security operations including system hardening, log review, vulnerability remediation, and incident response. Assist with regulatory exams and audits including evidence gathering and remediation. Create and maintain technical and audit documentation. Partner with internal business units to translate technical solutions into business outcomes. Coordinates various vendors when additional in-depth technical assistance or telecom support is needed. Requirements Required Education & Experience Associate's degree in computer related field or relevant experience. Minimum 4 years' experience in Information Technology. Minimum 2 years' experience managing and implementing systems. Additional Qualifications Ability to exhibit our values; Think Big, Be People-Centered, Enable Great Things, and Bring Your Best. Excellent working knowledge of infrastructure and application systems. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft CoPilot, PowerPlatform, and Purview admin centers. Experience with Windows Server operating systems. Previous SQL experience (desired but not required). Previous routing, switching, and VOIP experience. Previous Microsoft Azure, Office Admin Center, and Intune/MECM experience. Previous virtualization experience.
