In-Home NP/PA Clinician Flexible Home Visits
CVS Health
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform in-home health evaluations in Huntington, WV. You will visit members in their homes, review medications and medical history, perform physical exams, and conduct required tests as directed by health plans.
