About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawrenceville, GA. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring a safe and sterile surgical environment.

Responsibilities include preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care, collaborating with the surgical team, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is confident in a fast-paced OR setting and has strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.

Schedule Details

• Shift: Days
• Schedule: 3x12 (36 hours/week)
• Hours: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Active RN license (GA or compact state)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Note: Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible for this travel assignment.
