Manufacturing Training ManagerAs Manufacturing Training Manager, you'll ignite operator readiness across KMM's manufacturing programs—building capability that protects quality, safety, and on?time delivery in an AS9100D environment. You'll set the hands?on training strategy, standardize methods, and help keep certification records audit?ready. Key responsibilities include leading and developing a multi?site OJT team; ensuring training content and operator certification align to AS9100D, IPC/WHMA?A?620, and customer requirements; tracking effectiveness using FPY, scrap, rework, and cycle?time metrics; driving continuous improvement in skills matrices and qualification workflows; and partnering with the LMS & Onboarding Lead to ensure accurate, timely training documentation. Required qualifications/skills: - 5+ years in regulated manufacturing with progression into leadership/training - Proven technical coaching/instruction for hands?on production work - Strong QMS discipline, documentation control, and risk?based thinking - Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and controlled work instructions Ready to build a training engine that keeps aerospace production soaring?
