ISO Support Service Worker/Caregiver - In Home and Community

We are seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated people to fill ISO Support Service Worker positions in our Home and Community Services (HCS) program across Allegheny County. Duties and Responsibilities Perform the tasks outlined in the individual’s Individual Plan (IP). Complete the assigned tasks in the manner requested. Perform the requested services within the units authorized in the IP. Deliver services in a manner consistent with Passavant Memorial Homes policies and procedures. Provide supervision and serve as a positive role model at home and in the community. Complete required Pre‑Service and Annual In‑Service training planned by the individual/representative and facilitated by HCS. Observe the individuals’ behaviors and changes in physical condition and report accurately. Required Skills and Knowledge Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license. Current car insurance and registration (position requires use of personal vehicle). Successfully pass a background check. Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred). Benefits Competitive wages: $22.50 per hour. 401(k) retirement plan. Dynamic and supportive work environment.
