Senior Associate, Strategic Finance (International)

The Strategic Finance team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the company. We are seeking a Senior Associate to support the go-to-market efforts of our International organization, which brings the company’s platform to restaurants outside the U.S. You’ll partner directly with International sales, marketing, and onboarding leaders, building the topline and expense forecasts for each market and the reporting that tracks them against plan. The work is hands-on and close to the numbers, and it’s also where the strategic questions get answered: how each market performs, what drives unit economics, and where the business can operate more efficiently. This is a high-impact role at the center of the company’s international expansion, with regular exposure to senior and cross-functional leadership. A day in the life (Responsibilities) Serve as a finance business partner to International go-to-market leadership, supporting market investment and resourcing decisions Run the budget and forecast cycle for International, partnering with budget owners to track spend against plan, refresh topline and expense projections through the quarter, and surface risks early Manage headcount planning and tracking across the International organization, spanning Sales, Onboarding, and Marketing, including capacity models, hiring plans, and reconciliation of actuals Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for International financials and KPIs, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted Use unit economics such as LTV/CAC to pinpoint what’s driving results and where there’s room to improve Conduct ad-hoc analyses, modeling, and deep dives into strategic issues to improve decision-making Communicate clearly and transparently with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Onboarding, and Marketing to build trusted relationships What you’ll need to thrive (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or equivalent field Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Self-starter capable of independently navigating ambiguity Comfortable communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences and presenting to all levels of management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment What will help you stand out (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves) Working knowledge of SQL or experience with BI tools Working knowledge of Adaptive, Netsuite and Zip Public company Strategic Finance background Partnership with a Go-to-market organization Experience working in a high growth SaaS company AI at the company At the company, one of our company values is that we're hungry to build and learn. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
