We are hiring a Director of Civil Litigation to lead our litigation team. This role is ideal for an ambitious civil or business litigator ready to build and lead a practice group at a growing firm.

The Role

• Lead, mentor and supervise the civil litigation team.
• Handle a caseload of high-impact matters from pre-litigation through trial.
• Serve as first chair in trials, hearings and arbitrations.
• Build client relationships and help grow the practice.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• 10+ years of civil or business litigation experience.
• Experience supervising or mentoring attorneys.
• First chair trial and/or arbitration experience (minimum of 5 trials).
• Strong knowledge of the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail and sound judgment.

Pay: Base pay range $200,000 - $225,000, with annual OTE range $250,000 - $275,000

Required Certification: Colorado Bar License

The annual salary range for this position is $250,000 – $275,000. The range is an estimate, based upon employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
