Job DescriptionProvides nursing services to patients requiring care. Ability to assess the physical, psychosocial, and learning needs of patients. Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of care based on those assessments. Capable of delegating appropriate tasks and supervising ancillary staff.QualificationsEducation & Experience:You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred*Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement:Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMCHired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCWHired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMCMPrevious experience in psychiatry.Minimum of one year medical-surgical nursing preferable, but not essential.Certification/Licensure:Current registration with New Jersey Board of Nursing.Welle certification required (will train).BLS required.National Certification preferred.American Heart Association CPR required.Knowledge & Skills:Demonstrates clinical knowledge, nursing competence, basic leadership skills and decision-making ability.Benefits Information:Click Here to Review Our Great Benefits Offerings
