Role Profile
This is an on-site role located in Waukesha, WI, that will support the efficient operation of the office and ensures a positive experience for clients and team members by delivering attentive and courteous service. Responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, entering invoices and receipts into QuickBooks (training available), and handling other clerical duties. This position is part to full time.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in appointment scheduling and administrative assistance
Experienced with courteous and professional customer service (in person/phone etiquette)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and tools/data entry and record management
**familiarity with CRM systems, CCC one, and Quick Books is a plus/willing to train
