Working alongside the Growth Audience team, this role will provide hands-on experience across multicultural marketing, brand strategy, social and influencer marketing, partnerships, content development, and cultural insights. The intern will collaborate with internal brand teams, agency partners, and other cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities to authentically engage consumers and bring culturally relevant marketing ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of Growth Audience marketing programs, campaigns, partnerships, and cultural initiatives. Conduct research on consumer trends, cultural moments, emerging platforms, creators, influencers, and audience behaviors. Help identify culturally relevant opportunities for brands to engage diverse and growth audiences. Assist with the development of creative briefs, presentations, marketing plans, and internal communications. Support influencer and content initiatives, including talent research, competitive reviews, content tracking, and campaign recaps. Participate in meetings and brainstorms with brand teams, agencies, media partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Monitor cultural and social trends and share relevant insights and opportunities with the team. Help track campaign performance and organize key learnings that can inform future marketing efforts. Bring a fresh perspective to the team by contributing ideas on how brands can connect with the next generation of consumers.
