Warehouse Specialist – DIRECT HIRE

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Stock shelves, racks, and inventory locations
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and fulfill orders accurately
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Label, tag, and organize products
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with loading customer vehicles and moving materials as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stockroom, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience with order picking, packing, and inventory control
• Ability to use RF scanners or handheld inventory devices
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
