Reference: PR/ _ Senior Manager, Indirect ProcurementMiami, FL (Onsite)Base Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + BonusA leading global consumer brand is seeking a Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of indirect spend categories. This highly visible role will partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive category strategy, supplier performance, cost optimization, and long-term value creation across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across key indirect spend categories, including:FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)Restaurant EquipmentConstruction & FacilitiesMarketing & AdvertisingProfessional ServicesTechnology & TelecommunicationsCorporate ServicesDevelop and execute category strategies that align with business objectives and growth initiatives.Identify and deliver cost savings, supplier improvements, and process efficiencies.Negotiate complex supplier agreements and manage strategic vendor relationships.Lead RFx events, supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and implementation efforts.Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Development, Marketing, IT, and other business stakeholders.Support capital projects, new unit development, and large-scale sourcing initiatives.Drive supplier performance, contract compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.Experience managing indirect spend within a multi-site environment.Strong sourcing experience within FF&E, equipment, facilities, construction, restaurant, retail, hospitality, franchise, or related categories.Proven track record of negotiating supplier agreements and delivering measurable savings.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.Preferred ExperienceRestaurant, QSR, hospitality, retail, franchise, convenience store, or other large multi-location organizations.Experience supporting store development, remodel programs, capital projects, or enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives.Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
