Purpose:

As the first point of contact with our customer, Loyds LST will provide superior customer service in a manner that exudes professionalism and integrity. The LST will adhere to the safety-first atmosphere and will work with the Assistant Manager to ensure that the facility is operating according to all safety regulations. The LST will provide fueling and customer services as needed. The LST must complete all the necessary paperwork to ensure that billing records are accurate. The LST is responsible for cleaning the facility and maintaining the equipment.

Daily Tasks:

• Follow all safety regulations.
• Provide the highest level of customer service in the industry.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and complete closing paperwork.
• Provide customers, fueling, and maintenance services as requested.
• Complete paperwork to ensure that all fuel orders are processed accurately.
• Perform daily fuel checks.
• Assist the CSR with transient customer services as needed.
• Move, fuel, clean, and maintain airplanes as needed.
• Prepare airplanes for flights.
• Train colleagues as needed.
• Assist the CSR in cleaning and maintaining the Line Office.

Weekly Tasks:

• Assist in performing the required weekly safety checks.
• Assist in the fuel, oil, equipment, and supply checks; maintain as necessary.
• Clean and maintain all equipment.
• Check hangers and clean as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to innovate and problem solve.
• Must successfully complete the Companys Professional Service Training Program.
• Possess the ability to add and subtract along with multiplying and dividing regarding weight, measurement, and volume without the aid of a calculator or electronic device.

License Requirements:

This position requires the possession and maintenance of a valid California drivers license, a driving record acceptable to the Companys insurance carrier, current insurance and the ability to pass a FAA airport, and/or Customs identification background check.

The LST is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to balance, kneel and crawl; and is frequently required to reach, push, bend, stoop, crouch, squat, sit, stand and continuously walk, climb, turn, twist and pull.

The LST employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds (20% of 8-hour day Heavy Lifting-50lbs/over 60% of 8-hour day Moderate Lifting-25-49lbs and 20% of 8-hour day Light Lifting-Under 25lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The LST employee is frequently exposed to environmental factors 1/3 to 2/3 of the workday moving machinery, mechanical parts in high precarious places; fumes, gas or airborne particles; chemical hazards, high level of noise, outside high/low temperature weather conditions, working closely with others inside and outside, unprotected heights and driving automotive equipment. The LST may be required to undergo a physical exam if a conditional offer of employment is given.
