F2 Finance in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our real estate lending team. You will support processing and underwriting residential bridge loans from submission to close, reviewing borrower and property data, and preparing underwriting materials. You will collaborate with loan officers, brokers, and title teams while helping test and improve our AI underwriting and processing system to scale deals with speed and accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr F2 Finance
