Apply now and be part of an unparalleled legacy in hospitality.***Essential Functions*** Develop a deep understanding of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection tone of voice and style, serving as an expert of these, available to all departments.* Execute copywriting requests, iterating through rounds of feedback and providing multiple options for stakeholder satisfaction.* Participate in marketing meetings to gather project insights and stay informed on company products (ships, ports, destinations) and industry trends, aligning copy with marketing objectives and brand goals.* Mold specific communications, whether internal or external, consumer or trade, shoreside or shipboard, to the appropriate brand voice.* Manage tasks across multiple projects and timelines, with the skill to prioritize based on business needs.* Self-initiate and gather necessary information from project managers, stakeholders, and other necessary partners to acquire information to complete tasks.* Proactively think of the most effective way to approach each assignment.* Collaborate with project managers, art directors, graphic designers, strategists, and channel leads to tell the brand story and deliver compelling content.* Deliver copy in clearly formatted and organized files, with all references necessary to the project.* Openly welcome feedback on creative and copy direction, persevering through multiple rounds to efficiently rework assignments and address input.* Present relevant deliverables and defend creative choices to stakeholders and internal executives.* Act as an ambassador of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.* Other duties, as assigned**Skills & Experience*** Minimum 5 years of copywriting and editorial experience in media or marketing role* Understanding of creative process within a marketing creative studio* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Figma, and project management tools* A strong portfolio showcasing previous, best-in-class marketing copywriting* Expert communicator, versatile writer, and conceptual thinker* Adept at working both independently and collaboratively* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Ability to build and maintain good rapport with internal teams and handle requests with confidence and resourcefulnessThe Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is an Equal opportunity, inclusive employer and will consider all applicants for employment with the Company on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
