What You Bring To The Table Product Knowledge: Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements. Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements. Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces, and managing inventory and supplies. Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day. Technical Skills: Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems. Teamwork: Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.
