Travel Interventional Radiology Technician

Location: Englewood, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, alternating with 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care hospital settings and be adept in both Neuro and Vascular interventional procedures. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of interventional radiology procedures.
• Maintain safety and quality control standards in the lab.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Provide on-call support as required (1 night a week and 1 rotating weekend per month).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 6 months of current acute care hospital experience as an IR Tech.
• ARRT RT (R) certification and BLS are required.
• Neuro interventional experience is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures is highly desired.
