Restaurant Manager

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in our homestyle restaurant and country store. In this role, you’ll supervise front- and back-of-house teams, ensure warm, efficient guest service, and maintain high food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and cash handling while supporting sales goals for both dining and retail. The Restaurant Manager coaches team members, resolves guest concerns, and upholds our culture of Southern hospitality, teamwork, and consistency.
