Customer Service Specialist - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities:

- receive and process basic inbound emails, manage filing, and perform routine administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
- accurately perform data entry related to order processing, service cancellations, or new client setup in the crm system.
- strictly follow company guidelines for creating summary notes and closing out simple support tickets.
- assist senior customer service agents by gathering necessary account information or retrieving historical data from the system.
- maintain a polite, helpful, and professional demeanor in all internal and external communications.

work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
