The Director of Aquatics willbe responsible forallfacetsof the indoor and outdoor aquatic departments.The position will include the development and administration of the department; program development and promotion, implementation and evaluation, staff scheduling and supervision, and financial operationin accordance withCenter and Association goals,objectivesand policies. Current certifications in aquatics (must be able to swim, pass CPR certification and lifeguarding exams). A high degree of organizational and supervisory skillsisrequired. Knowledge of pool operations (water quality, cleanliness, protocols). Additionalskills in program development and implementation, fiscalcontroland written communications are necessary. Must be a team player with strong human relations skills able to interpret program objectives to members and participants.
