Physical Security Manager

Ambry Genetics seeks a Physical Security Manager to oversee security programs, access control, and facility operations at their Aliso Viejo location. The role combines personnel clearance management, CCTV oversight, compliance auditing, and day-to-day facilities coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage personnel clearance program and physical security within client facilities
Create and maintain cardholder profiles, badges, and access levels
Oversee camera systems, conduct investigations, and perform quarterly audits
Organize building training drills including fire, shelter-in-place, and active shooter scenarios
Coordinate day-to-day office operations, facilities maintenance, and staff supervision

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2+ years military, law enforcement, or physical security experience
CCTV and security access systems expertise
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with office administration
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lifting

Compensation: $90,000-$95,000
