What You’ll Do Provide Nutrition assessments and patient care planning. Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy to patients in a rehabilitation setting, supporting recovery, healing, and improved quality of life through the power of Food as Medicine. Educate patients regarding nutrition to promote wellness. Collaborate with RDs, Physicians, Speech & Occupational Therapists. Who Should Apply RD2Be/RD Eligible candidates. Graduating dietetic interns - No Experience Needed. Entry-level candidates passionate about nutrition and patient care. Experienced RD's are welcome. Strong communicators eager to learn and grow.
