Key AccountabilitiesLead Plant Safety themes and complex improvement projects.Manage the daily operations of a team of Safety Professionals and mentor direct reports. Foster the technical expertise and professional skills of direct reportsLeverage Safety expertise to proactively cycle PDCA to reduce injuries and hazards and ensure continuous improvement of safety characteristics of assigned areasAccurately interpret and apply the Honda Safety Management manual including NA and HDMA policies and procedures.
