We are seeking a proven healthcare operations leader to oversee the administration and supervisor of personnel in the OR, Endoscopy/GI Lab and POC/POH/PACU. In this role, you will be responsible for driving site performance, leading a multi-layered leadership team, and delivering exceptional patient and staff experiences.This position is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment, builds strong physician partnerships, and consistently delivers on quality, safety, and financial outcomes.What You'll Do:Department Management:Oversees delivery of services in assigned area and actively works with all members of the department health care team to manage patient careEnsures quality and safety of care and smooth patient flow within departmentCollaborates with leadership and other business functions in enhancements to clinical care model and operational flowMaintains materials, adequate supplies and equipment in assigned areaMaintains an environment of "survey readiness" in assigned areaPersonnel Management:Provides regular performance feedback and conducts performance appraisals. Monitors recertification, skill development and performance of the staff. Directs the work of staff, including supervision, hiring, and terminations; determines staffing needs and ensures efficient utilization of staffParticipates in patient experience initiativesAlong with ASC Educator, oversees and evaluates orientation program of personnelCommunicates educational needs of personnel to Director, ASC and ASC EducatorProvides education opportunities to increase knowledge of personnelPlans and participates in departmental staff meetingsPolicy Management:Develops clinical policy and procedures, and trains to them, in conjunction with ASC Educator. Assists with development of protocols and other related written resource materials appropriate to the needs of the nursing manager's areas of responsibilityCommunicates, monitors and enforces compliance with policy and procedures in accordance with Standard Occupational Classification (SOC). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
