Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $29.00 $43.00 (based on education and experience) + shift/weekend differential of $2.00/hour

Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care for medical and surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Uphold professional standards and promote a safe, healing environment
• Support unit operations in departments such as 3SE, 4Med, or 5Surg

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Kansas or ability to obtain
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Preferred:

• Prior experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
