Our DSPs play a vital role in supporting individuals in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming home environment.As a Residential DSP, you'll work as part of a supportive team helping individuals with daily routines, personal goals, and community involvement. Responsibilities include:Assisting with daily living skills and personal careSupporting meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeepingAdministering medications (paid training provided)Providing transportation to appointments and community activitiesCompleting documentation accurately and timelyPromoting independence, dignity, and inclusionEnsuring the health, safety, and well-being of residentsOur residential program operates 24/7, and PRN staff help cover:Call-outsVacationsOpen shiftsEmergency staffing needsYou can indicate your availability during the application process.
