Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $25–$35/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Warrenville, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements and supporting schedules Assist with individual and business tax preparation Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance Process journal entries and month-end close activities Support payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions as needed Assist with audits, reviews, and client financial reporting requests Communicate with clients regarding financial documents and accounting inquiries Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm procedures Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred 1+ years of accounting experience preferred (public accounting experience is a plus) Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills CPA track or CPA eligibility is a plus — (Salary range based on experience) — ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
