Unser interdisziplinäres Team aus IoT-Expert:innen, Ingenieur:innen und Data Analysts entwickelt im Bereich Data Science und Front-End Development die Batteriezellen der Zukunft. Im Rahmen einer Pilotline für die Produktion von Batteriezellen verbinden wir modernste Technologien aus dem Bereich IoT und KI mit unserer hochautomatisierten Fabrik, um die Effizienz und Qualität auf Basis einer datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung zu verbessern. Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Technolog:innen bei der Definition der relevanten Prozessparameter.
- Außerdem wirkst du mit bei der Strukturierung der Prozessdaten der Anlagen.
- Darüber hinaus hilfst du bei der Konzeptionierung der Datenübertragungslogik.
- Zudem unterstützt du bei der Modellierung der Kommunikationsschnittstellen (OPC UA) unserer Fertigungsanlagen.
- Du wirkst außerdem mit bei der Datenvalidierung, -plausibilisitätschecks und -bereinigung.
- Studium im Bereich Maschinenwesen, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
- Interesse an innovativen IT-Themen im Übergangsbereich zwischen Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, IoT und Data Analytics.
- Sicherer Umgang in SPS-Programmierung IEC 61131-3, Siemens TIA Portal (SIMATIC STEP 7).
- Kenntnisse in OPC UA Datenmodellierung (SiOME) und E-Plan wünschenswert.
- Vorkenntnisse in SQL, Python, BI-Tools und Data Analytics von Vorteil.
- Analytisches Denken, Maschinenverständnis sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
