Role Overview

As an Experienced Full Cycle Sales Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for every stage of the sales process. This includes initiating contact, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and ultimately securing new business. You'll operate within our supportive office environment, utilizing cutting‑edge virtual tools to connect with clients and manage your pipeline effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video conferencing.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products and their benefits.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations to identify their unique needs and challenges.
• Present tailored insurance solutions, clearly articulating value propositions.
• Effectively manage objections and negotiate terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Nurture client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to facilitate client onboarding and support.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commission, providing significant earning potential based on your performance.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Access to a mobile device is necessary for communication and task management.
• Must be willing to obtain an Insurance license.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely across phone, video, and email.
• Demonstrated skill in building rapport and trust with clients remotely, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
